The concept of the field hospital is based on meeting the criteria of NATO standards, mobility, rapid deployment, autonomy, variability and use in extremely demanding time, geographical, climatic and combat conditions. The concept of usability of a field hospital is based on its readiness for rapid deployment in any part of the world and the variability of its insertion into a treatment - evacuation system in a specific country.
The technical solution concept of a field hospital is based on a combination of basic building elements - tents and containers. The results of scientific and technical development and unique solutions in industrial property were applied on the technical elements, such as a special vehicle for emergency medicine, a field mobile hygienic-epidemiological laboratory, an armoured medical vehicle and a whole range of special medical containers, starting with the operating room up to a field kitchen.
A mobile hospital provides
  • income and sorting of sick and wounded,
  • hygienic filter of patients, eventually decontamination (special purification) of sick and wounded,
  • providing first aid to whom it hasn´t been yet provided,
  • providing professional medical aid by surgical injuries combined impairment and by internal diseases,
  • providing special medical aid:
    • injured on head, spine, chest, abdomen, large joints and long bones
    • burnt,
    • sick,
    • patients suffering combat stress, mentally and nervously ill,
    • to sick and wounded who need stemmatological treatment, final treatment of easy sick and wounded until complete recovery with maximum treatment period of 21 days,

  • temporary hospital treatment of other wounded, sick and injured until it is possible to displace them to special (territorial) hospitals,
  • all-important biochemical and haematological treatments,
  • all-important USG examinations,
  • radio diagnostic examinations during surgical operations.
